Combined with Easton's 6.5mm inserts—featuring a 4x larger shoulder interface for extra broadhead alignment—and ultra-lightweight Microlite Nocks, this shaft is engineered for solid kinetic energy and hard-hitting broadhead performance.

The Kauffman Custom Studio Difference

• Spine Testing & Indexing: We statically index every shaft to identify its principal stiff plane, aligning nocks so every arrow flexes uniformly during release.

• Dual-End Diamond Squaring: Both ends are trimmed and precision-squared using diamond wheels, guaranteeing a 90-degree flush seat for broadheads, inserts, and nocks.

• Custom Hand Fletching: Shafts are thoroughly degreased, fitted with heavy-duty Onestringer custom wraps, and hand-fletched with high-profile vanes (Q2i Rapt-X or AAE Max Stealth) for maximum broadhead steering.

• Grain Matching: Your set is weight-sorted to maintain consistent point-of-impact across the entire dozen.
