Radial Indexing & Verification: Even with Altra’s seamless NO SPINE™ construction, we spin-test every shaft on precision rollers to verify dynamic stiffness and index nocks for uniform flex out of your bow.
Dual-End Diamond Squaring: Both carbon ends are trimmed and precision-squared using diamond wheels, guaranteeing a 90-degree flush seating surface for Altra’s A.R.C.O.S. insert/outsert system and micro nocks.
Custom Hand Fletching: Shafts are thoroughly degreased, fitted with heavy-duty Onestringer custom wraps, and hand-fletched with high-profile micro vanes (Q2i Rapt-X or AAE Max Stealth) for maximum broadhead steering.
Weight-Matched Sets: Your entire dozen is grain-matched across the set to ensure tight downrange point-of-impact groupings.
