• Roller Spine Verification: Even with seamless NO SPINE™ construction, every shaft is individual spin-tested on precision rollers to locate optimum dynamic stiffness before indexing nocks.

• Dual-End Diamond Truing: We trim and precision-square both ends of the carbon using diamond abrasives, creating a perfectly flat 90-degree seating surface for your inserts and nocks to eliminate broadhead runout.

• Custom Fletching & Wrap Prep: Shafts undergo deep chemical degreasing before applying custom wraps and hand-fletching your choice of high-profile vanes (Q2i Rapt-X or AAE Max Stealth) for immediate broadhead steering.

• Grain-Matched Batches: Your complete dozen is hand-sorted and weight-matched so your point-of-impact stays dead-consistent downrange.
