• Spine Testing & Dynamic Indexing: We statically index every shaft to identify its principal stiff plane, aligning nocks so every arrow reacts identically under heavy cam loads.

• Dual-End Diamond Squaring: Both point and nock ends are trimmed and precision-squared using diamond wheels, guaranteeing a 90-degree flush seat for HIT inserts, Match Grade BAR collars, and nocks.

• Custom Hand Fletching: Shafts are thoroughly degreased, wrapped with heavy-duty Onestringer custom wraps, and hand-fletched with high-profile vanes (Q2i Rapt-X or AAE Max Stealth) for maximum broadhead control.

• Grain & Balance Sorting: Your entire set is weight-matched across the pack to ensure uniform point-of-impact at distance.
