Constructed using Gold Tip’s proprietary 100% Smart Carbon® technology, these standard-diameter .246" shafts flex under brutal impacts—such as hard pass-throughs or dense target foam—and spring back to true alignment without retaining bent memory.

Featuring a ±.006" straightness specification and weight-sorted to ±2.0 grains per dozen, the Hunter provides a ideal balance of velocity, kinetic energy, and structural hoop strength. Equipped with Gold Tip’s lightweight 12.1-grain Accu-Lite inserts and press-fit GT Nocks, this shaft serves as the ultimate rugged workhorse for backcountry hunts and high-volume target range sessions.

At Kauffman Custom Archery, we elevate standard factory carbon through our custom studio bench prep—indexing dynamic spine, diamond-squaring both carbon ends, and hand-fletching each shaft for maximum broadhead control downrange.

• Chemical Degreasing & Custom Hand Fletching: Shafts undergo complete solvent cleaning before receiving heavy-duty custom wraps and hand-fletched high-profile vanes (Q2i Rapt-X or AAE Max Stealth) for immediate steering control.
