The Kauffman Custom Studio Difference

A lightweight shaft requires absolute precision—any minor alignment flaw gets exaggerated at high speed. We eliminate factory variables with our dedicated bench workflow:

• Spine Indexing & Sorting: We statically index every shaft to identify its principal stiff plane, aligning nocks so every arrow reacts identically under heavy cam loads.

• Dual-End Precision Diamond Squaring: Shafts are trimmed and squared on both point and nock ends using precision diamond wheels, providing a perfectly flush 90-degree surface for standard 6mm ST RPS inserts or brass weight modules.

• Custom Hand Fletching: Shafts are thoroughly degreased, fitted with durable Onestringer custom wraps, and hand-fletched with high-profile vanes (Q2i Rapt-X or AAE Max Stealth) for maximum broadhead control.

• Weight-Group Matching: Your dozen is grain-matched across the entire set to ensure uniform point-of-impact.
