USA-crafted using a seamless Acu-Carbon core fused with a 7075-alloy aluminum jacket in a hard-anodized OD Green diamond-plate finish, the FMJ Max yields lighter grains-per-inch (GPI) than traditional FMJs. This weight reduction gives you total build freedom—keep your finished arrow lighter for flatter, faster trajectories out west, or stack heavy brass up front for extreme Front-of-Center (FOC) stability.

Building lightweight composite shafts to ±.001" tolerances requires dedicated shop prep to prevent arrow-to-arrow point-of-impact shifts at long distance:

• Static Spine Testing & Indexing: We statically test every shaft on our precision spine gauge to identify its principal stiff plane, ensuring uniform shaft flex and dynamic reaction out of the bow.

• Dual-End Diamond Squaring: Both point and nock ends are trimmed and precision-squared using diamond wheels, creating a 90-degree flush seat for HIT inserts, steel half-outs, and nocks.

• Custom Hand Fletching: Shafts are thoroughly degreased, wrapped with heavy-duty Onestringer custom wraps, and hand-fletched with high-profile vanes (Q2i Rapt-X or AAE Max Stealth) for maximum broadhead steering.

• Grain & Balance Sorting: Your entire set is weight-sorted across the dozen to maintain tight grain tolerances and repeatable downrange accuracy.
