Most off-the-shelf arrows suffer from subtle inconsistencies: misaligned dynamic spines, unsquared carbon ends that cause broadhead runout, inconsistent adhesive prep, and weight variance across the dozen.

1. 360° Roller Spine Indexing: Every single shaft is spin-tested on dial-indicator rollers to locate its exact dynamic stiffness axis. Nocks are aligned so every arrow flexes identically off the string.
2. Dual-End Diamond Truing: We square both ends of every carbon shaft using high-speed diamond wheels, creating a dead-flat 90-degree seating plane for inserts, half-outs, outserts, and nock bushings.
3. Thorough Surface Prep: Shafts undergo multi-stage solvent cleaning to ensure wraps and vanes bond with maximum durability—no thrown vanes in cold weather or heavy targets.
4. Hand-Fletched Precision: Every vane—whether high-profile steering vanes or low-drag configurations—is hand-fletched with consistent helical offset and index vane alignment.
5. Batch Weight Matching: Your finished set is hand-sorted and weight-matched so your point of impact remains identical across the entire pack.
